NOTE: RLF tuition includes individual SIM national membership for each graduate during the calendar year following graduation from RLF. 

*SIM Member Discount: Any SIM Member or person employed by a SIM member company qualifies for a discount of $500.  If you are unsure whether you or your company qualify, please email Debbie DeLong ddelong@simnet.orgprior to registration. 

Special Pricing for Small Non-Profit / Local Government Organizations:  In 2023, RLF will again offer the program to qualified small non-profit and local government agencies for the price of $7,100. This special price also qualifies for the $500 SIM member discount and $500 Early Registration discount.

Individual Out-of-Pocket Pricing: In 2023, RLF will again offer the program for $7,100 to any individual who will be paying for the cost of the program on their own -- without the financial support of their company or sponsor.  This $7,100 price also qualifies for the SIM member discount.

If cancellation is necessary, notification must be sent to Debbie DeLong, RLF Program Manager at least 30 days prior to the start of the Forum to receive a refund. Refund will be the total cost of the program minus the cost of the Amazon gift code that was issued upon registration.

If notification is not received as noted above, but the program has not started yet, the following options are available:

• Send another individual from the company. In this case, we ask that the original registrant transfer the books or Amazon gift code to the new individual. If a new Amazon gift code is needed the company will be appropriately invoiced.
• Hold the registration fee until the subsequent year and register an individual in the same or any other Forum. In this case, a new gift code will be issued upon registration the subsequent year and the company will be invoiced for the Amazon gift code.
• Should an issue occur in session 1 or 2 that causes an inability for the registrant to attend further, the registration fee will automatically be applied to the following year. If a new Amazon gift code is needed the company will be appropriately invoiced.  A $500 transfer fee will be applied to any decision that occurs between session two and three.

If there is an inability to complete the program at or after session three, registration fees will be forfeited.

Any other instance not clearly specified above must be reviewed by the RLF Directors.
