PATRICIA COFFEY

Patricia Coffey is  CEO of Cedibus, LLC and an adjunct faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.  She is the former Senior Vice President and Group CIO for Allstate Insurance Company, where she shaped strategic technology solutions and led award-winning efforts to utilize technology to drive business results.  She is a frequent speaker and facilitator, sharing insights into how to drive breakthrough results by leveraging technology, company culture, and individual potential.  Her work includes developing strong leaders and teams and creating an environment for innovation.  Patricia is also Chair Emeritus for SIM, is a recipient of the Distinguished Director honor from the Board of Directors of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and has been named to lists such as Computerworld’s Premier100 IT Leaders, Insurance Business America Elite Women and Insurance Network News’ Women in Insurance Leadership.  

JIM KNIGHT

 Jim Knight  is an Executive Management and Leadership Consultant/Coach and former Global Chief Information Officer at a Fortune 300 Property and Casualty insurance leader.  He's a results-driven business leader with comprehensive experience in all aspects of IT transformation, organizational development, global IT governance, strategic planning, advanced business analytics, digital enablement and information security.  Jim has a proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while maintaining cost and risk.  His CIO management scope includes annual operating budget of $350 million with staff leadership of up to 1400 personnel worldwide.   

JUNE DREWRY - Facilitator Emeritus

June Drewry is a longtime facilitator for SIM’s Regional Leadership Forum and has been an Executive Coach for several years. She has extensive international experience in the insurance and financial services industry at the senior management level, as an Enterprise CIO, Business Unit CIO and as president of a Broker / Dealer subsidiary.  She has also served on a number of non-profit and for-profit boards.  June is a former president of SIM and a member of the CIO Hall of Fame.

Each of the four sessions of the 2020 Executive RLF program will take place at the Vinoy Renaissance hotel in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, FL.  The Vinoy is a renowned historic hotel located on the Tampa Bay waterfront, just minutes from Tampa International Airport and the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
