ACCELERATE THE MOMENTUM OF YOUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

 R3: Recharge / Renew / Reach is the continuing education and alumni engagement experience for the RLF community. Designed specifically for RLF alumni, R3 creates space to reconnect with the work, the community, and yourself as your leadership journey continues beyond the original program experience. 


Each regional gathering offers an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily work, engage in meaningful peer conversation, reflect on your current leadership season, and continue growing alongside others who share the RLF foundation. 

Event Overview

R3 events are intentionally designed to be reflective, practical, and highly interactive. While each gathering may have its own theme, focus, or set of materials, every R3 experience is grounded in the same purpose: helping alumni recharge their energy, renew their perspective, and reach toward what comes next in their leadership. Participants can expect guided discussion, peer connection, personal reflection, and practical insights they can carry back into their work, relationships, and communities.

R3 is open to RLF alumni who are looking to:

  • Continue their leadership learning
  • Engage in meaningful peer dialogue
  • Reflect on their current leadership season
