OUR EXPERT SOUTHEAST RLF facilitators

MICHAEL GARLICH

 Michael Garlich is an RLF graduate and a leadership development strategist sharing the capabilities he honed while leading the successful marketing / communications efforts of major organizations during transformational expansion and change. He’s a board member of the SIM Central Florida chapter and is involved in leadership activities throughout Central Florida.  

SUZIE DEBUSK

 Suzie DeBusk is an RLF graduate, a leadership coach and the CEO of a software development firm skilled in process re-engineering, requirements gathering and systems definition.  She’s a longtime board member of the SIM Central Florida chapter and is actively involved in leadership endeavors throughout Brevard County and other Central Florida counties.  

JUNE DREWRY - Facilitator Emeritus

June Drewry is a former Director of the SIM Leadership Institute, a longtime facilitator for SIM’s RLF program and one of the Program Coaches for the 2023 Executive RLF program.  She has extensive international experience in the insurance and financial services industry at the senior management level, as an Enterprise CIO, Business Unit CIO and as president of a Broker / Dealer subsidiary. She has also served on a number of nonprofit and for-profit boards, and is member of the CIO Hall of Fame.

All 2024 in-person sessions will be held in downtown St. Petersburg, FL

Each of the six in-person sessions of the 2024 Southeast RLF program will take place in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, FL just minutes from Tampa International Airport and the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.


All 2024 sessions are being held at the St. Petersburg Bayfront Hilton adjacent to the Tampa Bay waterfront.
