Cheryl Morgan has more than 25 years of experience as an IT leader in Healthcare and Business Insurance. She led development, infrastructure, testing and other support functions in Information Systems and in the business area led governance and planning, shared support and execution functions. Additionally, she has led the creation and direction of several leadership and technical development programs in IT at various companies, including an internal RLF program. She’s a 2002 RLF graduate and holds a BS in Public Health from SCSU and an MBA from the University of Hartford. She is currently working as a certified Executive Coach as well as an RLF Facilitator.
Jim Knight is an Executive Management and Leadership Consultant/Coach and former Global Chief Information Officer at a Fortune 300 Property and Casualty insurance leader. He's a results-driven business leader with comprehensive experience in all aspects of IT transformation, organizational development, global IT governance, strategic planning, advanced business analytics, digital enablement and information security. Jim has a proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while maintaining cost and risk. His CIO management scope includes annual operating budget of $350 million with staff leadership of up to 1400 personnel worldwide. He is currently a Co-Director of the SIM Leadership Institute.
Each of the six in-person sessions of the 2021 Northeast Spring RLF program will take place at the Executive Conference Center at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. The Executive Conference Center is centrally located on Babson College’s campus in Wellesley, Massachusetts, a short drive from Boston and Logan International Airport.
